The project involved the complete removal of the existing asphalt paving and the installation of new PCC paving throughout the facility. In addition to the paving work, storm drain improvements were made to address both site and roof drainage. Due to the need to maintain access throughout the project, careful planning and coordination with the owner were essential to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations.
