The BEPC TSM Restoration project involved extensive selective demolition of the existing 15,000 SF structure, followed by a complete renovation and building additions that expanded the total square footage to approximately 32,000 SF.

The new construction includes a 1,000 SF, two-story structural steel connector, 5,000 SF of second-story space, and a 10,000 SF pre-engineered metal building. To complement the upgraded facility, the site underwent renovations, including the installation of over 100,000 SF of PCC paving. Additionally, improvements were made to the water, sewer, and electrical services.
