Universal Athletics moved their facility into the existing Club Energize Building. Hladky Construction worked with the owner during early design phases to assist in feasibility studies and continued as a CMAR through the project completion. 21,000 sq. ft. of retail area was successfully delivered within schedule and budget constraints.
