The FCA Travel Plaza consists of a 6,000 square foot convenience store and gas/diesel fueling facility situated on approximately 7 acres located at the intersection of Boxelder Road and Garner Lake Road in Gillette Wyoming.
The project consists of a single building designed to accommodate a convenience store, a small fast casual style restaurant, back-of-house office and storage area to support the operations. Two fuel islands are included with one dedicated to large semi-truck vehicles using diesel fuel and a second island with gasoline and diesel fuel for smaller trucks, RVs, and passenger vehicles. Additional site amenities include a large truck scale with readout controls connected to the main counter in the convenience store. Bulk propane dispensing along with smaller consumer bottles shall be included along with a location for RV’s to dump their sewage tanks. As well as a paved overnight truck parking area.
